Join the beta
Sign up on the beta page. That is one entry.

Ride and send feedback
After a ride, send feedback from the app's feedback screen and add the same email address you signed up with. That links the report to your entry. The email field arrives in an upcoming beta build, and we will tell every beta rider when it lands. Only feedback sent after that can be linked.

Helpful reports add entries
We rate every report from 0 to 3 for how constructive it is. Each report adds as many entries as its rating.

Reports are rated on how useful they are, not on whether they praise Spinjam. Bonus entries are capped at 30 per person, so volume alone cannot win it.
Official rules
1. Sponsor
Wires and Wizards LLC, the company behind Spinjam ("we").
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, and who live where this promotion is not prohibited or restricted by law. Void where prohibited. Our employees, contractors and their households are not eligible.
3. Entry period
Opens 28 September 2026. Closes at 23:59 UTC on the earlier of 31 March 2027, or the day before Spinjam's paid plans first go on sale in the App Store or Google Play. Signups and feedback received after the close do not count.
4. How to enter
- One entry per person for signing up for the beta at spinjam.app with a valid email address. Signing up twice with the same address is one entry. Using more than one address to gain entries voids all of them.
- Bonus entries for ride feedback sent from the Spinjam app with your signup address attached, rated as set out above, up to 30 bonus entries per person. Ratings are made by the Spinjam team and our review tools, and they are final.
- Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries and feedback are disqualified.
5. The prize
Lifetime free access to Spinjam Premium: every paid feature and plan we offer to individual riders, now and in the future, on iPhone and Android, tied to the winning email address. At least 500 and up to 1,000 prizes; we announce the final number before the draw. The approximate retail value of each prize will be published on this page before the draw, once Premium's price is set. No cash alternative. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
"Lifetime" means for as long as we offer Spinjam Premium to riders. If Spinjam is sold or transferred, we will make honouring prizes a condition of the sale. If Spinjam shuts down, prizes end with the service, with at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your ride history.
6. The draw and your odds
Within 30 days of the close we select winners by a random draw weighted by entries: someone with 5 entries is five times as likely to be picked in any single pick as someone with 1, and no one can be picked twice. The draw is seeded, and we publish the seed afterwards so the result can be checked. Your odds depend on how many people enter and how many entries they earn.
7. Winners
We email winners at their signup address. A winner who has not replied within 14 days may be replaced by the next person drawn. Premium is unlocked when you sign in to Spinjam with that address. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
8. Access after winning
Premium access can be removed from an account that is shared, resold, or used to abuse or attack the service. It covers Spinjam only, not music services, music, hardware or data plans, and it is for personal use, not for running classes, studios or gyms.
9. The rest
We may cancel, suspend or change this promotion if fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside our control affects it, and we will say so on this page. No change will take a prize away from someone who has already won it. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple or Google.
