Delete your Spinjam account.

Delete it in the app in about a minute. If you cannot, write to us and we will do it within one month.

In the app

1. Open Spinjam and go to Settings.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You need a connection for this step.

You can choose Export first to keep a copy of your rides.

What is deleted

• your ride summaries and the charts in them
• your synced settings
• your heart rate data, if you turned heart rate sync on
• your sign-in record

Backups clear within 35 days. Rides stored on your phone stay there until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting your account does not delete your Apple ID. Song shapes, Live data and feedback reports are not tied to your account, so deleting the account does not remove them. They keep the IP address they came from. The privacy policy says how long we keep them, and you can ask us to delete them by email.

If you cannot use the app

Write to privacy@spinjam.app from the email address on your account. We reply to that address to confirm it is you, and we delete the account and its data within one month of your confirmation. We do not act on a request that we cannot tie to the account.
